Jerod W Post grew up in Scottsbluff Nebraska, it is a rural region with a great many collections of cows and corn. He grew up with a love of the outdoors in fishing, hunting, camping, skiing, and a plethora of athletic events. He served five years active duty in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman from 2004 to 2009. He was stationed on the west and east coast as well as a deployment overseas.
He attended and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Athletic Medicine from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2013. He attended and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2016. Since that time, he has been a practicing Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer in Canon City, Co. He is the father of three beautiful children ages (7) and (5-year-old twins) and married to his best friend Kristina who have been together for 14 years. He takes the greatest joy in serving, fostering, and learning from his family. He attempts to continuously strive for positive living for him self and those around him. Inspired to do something more than the status quo, with the stress of a global pandemic and a growing-changing United States of America. He has recently written and self-published a collection of essays titled “Letters for a New America”. Its mission is to tackle a great many American problems with efforts for solution and constructive progress. It is available on Amazon platform in hard copy and kindle formats.
