Get outdoors and hit the trails on your mountain bikes for some heart pounding fun!

Depending or your child's age, challenge them or have them challenge you to keep up on the trials. Mountain Biking can be a great way to bond with your child without having to say a word. Don't worry about talking points or awkward lulls in conversation, just get out and ride.
If you have a young child, understand their comfort level and plan the trails accordingly.
To find trails near you, check out MTB Project linked below. MTB Project is a community of mountain bikers that upload and document local trails along with their difficulty, distance, elevation, etc., along with comments and ratings.
Note: Some trails are in state parks or mountain bike parks that will charge and entrance fee. The Price Point on this Intentional Activity is assuming you and your child have mountain bikes.
