I am 66 now and have grandchildren, though when their mother says dad do you “remember when” we went bike racing and you wiped out and broke your collar bone?
you and I played basketball in the drive way? You would make Pigtails in my hair for school?
you tried to teach me to drive a stick and I just never got it.
It is a joy for her to recall and remind me of the fun and laughter!
